Refund & Reprint Policy
Because all Sticker Peels products are custom made-to-order, we do not offer refunds once your design proof is approved and production has started. However, we’re committed to delivering quality you can count on.

If there’s an issue with your order — such as a misprint, incorrect cut, or damage during shipping — we’ll gladly reprint your stickers at no additional cost.

To qualify for a reprint:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • The design must match the approved proof

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors in customer-provided artwork (low resolution, misspellings, etc.)

  • Delays caused by carriers (once shipped)
