Refund policy

At Sticker Peels, every product is custom-made to order, meaning each item is printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a proof has been approved and production has begun.

That said — we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Reprints or Credits

We’ll gladly offer a reprint or store credit if your order arrives with a clear production issue caused by us, such as:

  • Wrong size, finish, or material printed

  • Major color or cut alignment errors (beyond our ±1/16” tolerance)

  • Print that doesn’t match your approved proof

  • Damage during shipping that affects product quality

To qualify:

  1. Contact info@stickerpeels.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

  3. Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

We’ll review your case and provide a fair resolution — usually a reprint or store credit. Refunds are rare but may be approved if a reprint isn’t possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Design or spelling errors made by the customer

  • Color differences between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK)

  • Minor size, cut, or finish variations within standard print tolerances

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or weather

  • Changes requested after proof approval

Cancellations

  • Before proof approval: You can cancel for a refund minus any design or setup fees.

  • After proof approval: Cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact info@stickerpeels.com within 7 days.
We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and determine next steps for replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.
